From the moment we stepped into this property, we knew our stay was going to be special. Upon our arrival, we noticed a welcome basket with snacks and drinks. The garage is fully stocked with bikes, surfboards and more. We spent hours around the fire pit at night enjoying dinner and roasting marshmallows. Keith and Stacy were very communicative throughout the process and checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was all the extra little details they thought to add that made our stay really memorable. We can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed in the front bungalow and LOVED it! We loved all the conveniences it included. The owners thought of everything you might need and it's all there when you need it. You couldn't ask for a better location. We walked everywhere...took a beach walk, walked to dinner, walked to get groceries.

They also welcomed our 2 golden retrievers. They supplied a gate to keep them within the yard which was great because they loved hanging out outside. My dogs adjusted quickly and loved being able to be with us. By the way...dogs are allowed on San Elijo Beach but they have to be on a leash.

This is a perfect place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome get away. Thank you Clarkes!

This place has it all! Wonderful and highly responsive owners! Tremendous bungalow that is extremely welcoming, clean, and organized. Garage filled with so many goodies to really enhance your beach visit, and especially ours with two toddlers who loved all the toys and big dump truck. The outdoor patio and fire pit were a wonderful and private place to relax each evening.

Every detail is on point to make it an extremely user-friendly experience. All shelves and cabinets have clear labels, all instructions are clear with pictures, and there’s a good supply of things like dish and laundry detergent, towels, paper products, ziplocks, and other things that are handy when traveling.

I absolutely loved this place and couldn't recommend it more. There’s also a phenomenal movie collection loaded on the Apple TV. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay. Everything was awesome from the location to the sound slumbers on high quality beds. We enjoyed walking to local coffee shops in the morning then ending the day with a beach stroll and live music at the local restaurants. The furniture and esthetic was top notch. The hosts were so kind and provided great communication. Can we also give praise to dog friendly and the cutest backyard. All around we had a wonderful time.

This charming house had every convenience that you never thought of. The comfortable beds and gorgeous furnishings made us not want to go out. We sat on the veranda patio and soaked up the sun while having our morning coffee. We walked to our favorite breakfast joint and Starbucks too. The condo had beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a surf board. Simply perfect for our families’ needs. I travel regularly to San Diego and this will be my permanent rental.

Our stay at Keith and Stacy's property was perfect. From their abundant attention to details, with more than enough supplies (coffee pods, paper towels, etc) to the décor of the home, they make sure the guests feel right at home. We were especially thrilled with the comfortable beds and linens and how incredibly quiet it was for sleeping.

It was our first stay in Cardiff and we were not disappointed. The area has so much to offer, from great restaurants, old fashioned bakery, specialty grocery store to beautiful beaches, just steps from the property.

Cute little bungalow on a quiet street, just a short walk from a great little community with shops, restaurants, bars, a surf shop. Even a donut shop!

The house is private with lush palms and plants around the perimeter, a covered area for rainy days and a private and comfortable roof deck with furniture for 4. Inside the house is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed to do so, and then some! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great for meal time and card games and the living room was comfortable for lounging, watching movies and the odd yoga session.

Stacy and Keith were very accommodating, giving us a tour upon our arrival, supplying us with bikes for our whole group and providing us with very clear directions and overall, great communication before, during and after our trip. We had an amazing time and we can't wait to visit Cardiff again.

One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! We were a group of two couples and two dogs, just spending the week near the beach while working during the day. The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach made easy with the beach cart, towels, chairs and umbrella that come with the house. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and a supermarket was <10min drive. The house was clean, had an amazingly well appointed kitchen and great bedrooms with ample closet space. This house truly felt like a home. Communication with the hosts was a breeze, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This beach bungalow is very clean, comfortable, and nicely organized. The kitchen is fully stock with utensils, equipment and anything else you may need for cooking. The laundry is very convenient and the back yard area is very nice for kids to play in or just sitting outside to relax. The beds are comfortable and the hosts were good communicators, very responsive. I recommend.

The location and home are incredible! You are steps away from Seaside Market, great shops and wonderful drinking and dining options. This family-friendly home had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. It was super clean and had plenty of room for our crew of seven. You will love the proximity to the beach as well as the view from the deck.
