The Final Phase

Let’s see how we did with some of the key elements completed. A modern bungalow with a refreshed look and a new rear entrance.

We removed the crows nest and replaced it with a an enlarged beach and sports equipment shed for the front unit and a dedicated trash/recycle bin area and a hot water outside shower (it’s a dog wash too).

For the back bungalow, we wanted to enclose the back yard completely for privacy and create a new dining space and a covered laundry shed. We removed the stairs to the garage and existing laundry area and opened up the space for dining. As a bonus we even have a seperate dedicated pet relief areas for both units.
